M923a1 no crank from switch, no movement high side

I'm new and have tried searching for starting side of wiring harness. My M923a1 was left abandoned for a while and has been vandalized. Wiring cut coke bottles in fuel tank hoses cut... I've got it running by jumping the starter solenoid, but get nothing from the start switch in the crank position. Air pressure alarm won't stop with a full head of air, and won't move in high side? Mainly looking for wiring schematic atm. Next will be why it won't move in high side.

Update, found a wire going to the neutral Saftey switch cut. So now it starts with the switch. Haven't tried the high side yet. Need to figure out why the low air alarm stays on but the light isn't on...
