Hello,

When I first received my truck a couple of weeks ago, I let in run for awhile with all the lights on and the D/S headlight burned out. it was really hot. I replaced both headlights with new ones, when I was out today I turned the headlight on and the D/S headlight burned out and actually cracked the glass. Is this possibly a ground issue or maybe defected bulb. Both bulbs were 24v the old ones said 28v.

Thank you,
higgs

Is your voltage gauge in the green? If there is a slight crack in a halogen bulb air will eventually seep in and the filament will burn out.
