Hello I am new here to this forum.
I am wondering if you guys could help me out here.
I have a range rover and in order to make it halfway off road worthy
I am planning to install a mile marker HMMWV 10.5k. I've seen a few on ebay
used, but i also stumbled over this forum and a thread with NEW kits.
can anyone point me in the direction of maybe a seller who has them?
or maybe a member here would have one or a used extra one?
thank you all
~michael

Is it a military land rover, just wondering this is a military vehicle site,, ;-) with that said i just sold a brand new one last year , to bad ... they are available from the manufacturer to the public , probably your best bet for sure, or there must be a warn winch for your civy truck, why go thru all the stuff to put on different model. and there must be winchs for your vehicle out there, U probably get stuck alot though, I know your trucks are supposed to be really good, but thats when they had a Willy's drive train,,, he he he good luck hope U do not mind the fun...

If buying used make sure is hydraulic because the older trucks had electric ones which were 24V. You can buy it new from the manufacture but your going to pay military prices... so be ready to sell your first born to buy it... :) Just keep your eyes open in classified adds as well as ebay for one.

Yes i am definitely going to look for a hydraulic winch.
with my luck i would get stuck in deep stuff and with a hot electric winch
