OK, it is getting to be oil change time again. I wanted magnetic drain plugs for the deuces. Where to find them?

I got four 7/8-18 drain plugs from O'Reilly Auto Parts for $4 each. I got some super magnets off eBay for $8. Smaller than a dime.

Some Gorilla Glue and thirty minutes later I had my magnetic oil plugs!

Should work. Your thoughts?

If you have steel chips in your oil, you have a problem far greater than a magnetic drain plug can cure.

Sounds like a good idea to me. [thumbzup]
My GMC pickup has a magnetic drain plug.
But you are right if metal chips start showing up that would be bad.

I think JB Weld would hold it.
