MEP-002A Won't Crank

I just got done adjusting my governor. Closed up the cover and when I tried to start set for a test run it tried to turn over for a split second to turn over then nothing no DC at all. No pumps no panel lights. Let it set for a few minutes turn it to prime the pumps would run on both settings then tried to turn to preheat heard a click then same thing no DC. Seems I am tripping a breaker but I don't know where or why.

The unit ran fine just a few days ago. All battery connections are good.

Looked in TM can't find it in trouble shooting, may have overlooked. Tried search can't find a thread with a similar issue.

I did remove the right side ASK panel and haven't put it back yet.

Sounds like a bad ground.

I agree sounds like a bad ground, easiest fix is often to loosen wiggle (maybe clean) and re-tighten all ground wires.

Yea...I hate when I do this. The clamps were tight on the batteriesbut I pulled on the ground and it came off in my hand. Fixed now.
