Good luck on it. Probably something simple I hope.

I spent yesterday running wire and finally after several months ran our shop on it. Even the big heat pump. Ran like a champ.

Hello, Kip. Just got your PM; if I can help let me know, but I suspect Tom has got you covered.

You've got fuel to the injectors - but at what pressure? If it's not making enough pressure to open the injectors, it would act as you mention; could be a stuck or only partially returning high pressure plunger causing the trouble. They get gummed up from time to time.

Otherwise, recheck timing as suggested - use the alternate method (PC flywheel mark and fuel flow) of pump timing from the TM or AMBAC pump manual to make certain they got the correct button installed when they changed out the pump.

Make certain you're on the correct TDC for #1 as well by removing the valve cover and making certain both valves are closed.
