Turbine Blows Flames

HELP!

Finally getting around to messing w/ the Turbine. The transfer fuel pump will run supplying fuel to the secondary fuel pump(high psi) when you hit the start it will fire once (with flames coming out the exh port) then wont fire again. Checked with multi-meter and it shuts off voltage to the high psi pump, is there a fail-safe that is shutting it down?? i have straight kerosene in it, do i need the JP-8???? Thanks.

Here's the TM, they have a great trouble shooting section, shutdown could be caused by several things ie. low oil, low or over voltage. Mine shut down becuase of overvoltage (28vdc), I sprayed the voltage adjustment knob with elec cleaner and it worked perfectly.
