Greetings all, I am new to forum and my spelling is usually horribel.
Purchased a 803a several months ago, white smoke at start up-didn't load test at POS.
FF today, load tested after purchase with misfire under load, pop and leak back tested injectors myself ok, no resolve.
Replaced fuel pump, no resolve,
Replaced injetor FRL-rotted,
thought long and hard searched this site and TM-s.
Forklift friend said check head-not trying to making a compression tester.
Pulled and this is what I observed:
#3 is wet
you can see the break in the top down photo of the bore.
Making steam.
This is a 2000 unit with 25 hrs when purchased and 35 today.
I dont think it was rebuilt, I have installed the mods, no tool marks. makes power.
