I have looked up the nun part numbers for the 2 inch upper and lower radiator hoses with no luck. Part numbers:
Upper nsn 4720-00-627-9773
Lower nsn 4720-00-614-6230

Any help would be most appreciated.

Thanks, Lewis Voight

On my MEP-004, I ended up fabricating a lower hose from two generic 90 degree hoses and a short (3 inch) steel plumbing pipe. Wasn't that expensive, and the hoses were in stock at the local CarQuest, the pipe I got at the hardware store across the street.

Except for the hose clamps in the middle joining the two pieces, it looks factory, was a perfect fit. I'm not sure about an upper hose however, but I suspect it would be just as easy to makup.

Often you can go into a parts store with a large hose selection and find a very similar hose just by comparison. Can you see any numbers on the existing hoses? The hoses are undoubtedly made by a hose manufacturer. With the CAGE number and any other numbers on the hose, you might be able to look up the manufacturer and call them. I would try matching one up first as this is much easier.

For the lower hose: CarQuest 20611, you'll need two of them and a short (perhaps 3 inch long) piece of pipe or a nipple (pipe that is threaded) and four hose clamps. The hoses are slightly longer than needed, you'll end up trimming off about an inch or two from the ends, it probably took me about 10 minutes to make my hose up.

I have no information on the upper hose, but I'm sure there is something that will either fit, or can be adapted.
