MEP831 Replacement Cooling Fan Cross Reference?

Has anyone successfully replaced the cooling fans on a MEP831 with something other than the OEM?

I've been doing some searches and fans in the 150mm aka 6" range that fit are not that common.

I'm in need of a couple at the moment.

I've had the similar situation on other equipment and ended up having to make an adapter plate
