There shouldn't be a 1990 version of TB 43-0147, as it was obsolete by then.
Three-colour camo is in TB 43-0219.

Yes the M1009s weren’t in service with that pattern but a few of the early ones were painted with it.M1009s never got MERDC so there won't be a TB describing it.
