Join the Michigan Military Technical & Historical Society Museum for its fifth Anniversary!
The museum officially opened to the public on 11/11/11 and has several anniversary events scheduled for the 2016 Veterans Day weekend
* Friday the 11th
-The museum will be open from 10am – 3pm.
*Saturday the 12th
-The special exhibit done by four Girl Scouts from Troop #30007 in Warren on “Women in the Military” opens to the public at 10am.
-At 2pm, there will be a Flag Retirement Ceremony in which the community and local scouts are invited to participate.
*Sunday the 13th
-Open 12-4 “Community Day” Free Admission to the museum.
-At 3pm, we will announce the winner of our 2106 quilt raffle.
About the Museum
The Michigan Military Technical & Historical Society is dedicated to preserving the stories of Michigan citizens who served and sacrificed, here and abroad, from WWI to the present. Our 11,000 square feet Museum exhibits the actual equipment, weapons, uniforms and other artifacts that bear witness to the high cost of freedom.
