Mile Marker Winch Plug issue

So I was reading the mile marker installation manual for the humvee and it says that once all the wiring is in place that the controller is plugged into the connector right below the heater controls. But I checked the pins and they don't even remotely line up. Does this mean that connector is replaced, because the manual shows no such thing.

That looks like a blue force tracker cable or some other radio gig. The plug goes under the Heater controls over the parking brake.
