I just purchased three Hutchinson Bead Locks from Military Tires of Canada. One of them had no rivets intact to hold the rubber band in place around the stiffener. They were a great price, $36 a piece, plus $119 shipping. I called to discuss the issue and some Russian dude answered the phone. Basically, he talked over me and said the rivets weren’t necessary. Bottom line, no help at all. I’d recommend you pass them by when looking on the web.
