Yes, but it needs to be in a submarine with the exhaust vented outside.

You could use a jeep snorkel fording kit and tall exahust it would be fine 
opcorn:. But you have to wear rubber boots to start it so you wont electrocute yourself

And you need to turn up the fuel , don't worry about no stinking gauges.
If it isn't level just shim it with the TM.
