Mounting Dataplates

I am trying to clean up my data plates and remount them on a freshly painted dash. They were fastened to the dash by some ugly screws and was thinking about re-fastening them with pop rivets instead.

Any suggestions?

Ace Hwde sells stainless screws that I used. Nice fit and won't corrode.....inexpensive too.

Yes , I to used stainless screws from fastenal, looks real nice!

Definitely stainless screws; pop rivits aren't original style.

Thanks guys. The answer to my question is that screws are the original mounting method.

Either stainless screws or clean and repaint the original screws.

I used stainless steel screws as well. They have a dome head that takes a allen wrench.
