MRAP Valve Stem Torque

I'm unable to find this in the TMs (in fact, I cannot find the TM that covers wheel assembly at all). I need to know what the torque spec for the large bore valve stem (as seen here http://www.oshkoshequipment.com/pro...re-Valve-Stem-for-MRAP-and-M35A3-Wheels--Rims) is. Any guidance, either a torque spec or a reference to the TM this is covered in, would be appreciated.
