1) I don't have a hi lo idle button. Do all of them have this button?

2) My truck will build air pressure (up to 120 and holding) and then after a few pumps of the brakes looses air pressure and struggles to get back to 120?

3) My cylinder is leaking for the hydraulic pump to tilt the cab? Rebuilding kit?

1) Not if it's an A0 truck with the 3116. Those trucks have a hand throttle. You have one or the other. Never both.

2) Have you done a dryer service? Also these compressors like to eat exhaust valve springs. Rebuild the cylinder head before it ingests half of a valve disc and punches a hole in a piston. Don't ask me how I know this.

3) Never done one. But any hydraulic shop should know what to do or what parts you need. Things like hydraulic cylinders tend to use standard off-the-shelf rebuild parts.

1. Switches, we don’t need no stinking switches… Mechanical diesel, no hi/lo idle switch
2. First part sounds normal, and several pumps will deplete the air(don’t pump air brakes, press and hold). Could be the treadle valve is not fully sealing after pedal application. It vents air thru a floor port up in front of the radiator behind the grill. If you remove the grill you can put your hand on it and see if it is leaking after a few pedal cycles and the pedal is released…
3. The lift cylinder itself? Welded/swaged cylinder… I am aware of no kit for it.
