AR Museum Vehicle Insurance

I volunteer at a small air and military museum in Arkansas. Lately we have been getting increasing number of calls to run some of our 1/4 tons in veteran's funerals and local parades. Our insurance guy tells us that $600 a year is the best he can do per vehicle, liability only! I asked about Hagerty or other collector vehicle insurance, his response was they will not insure museum vehicles! I have contacted Hagerty(I have two polices with them now) to check and see if this is true? Any experiences out there with non-privately owned vehicles being insured by collector insurance? I would like to at least do the funeral request!

I'm helping my local American Legion outpost and got one of their vehicles covered by Hagerty. Three years ago they wouldn't touch any of my wreckers due to "possible commercial use" nor my 2007 M1078A1R as it was "too new" but yesterday they said those blanket rules have been removed. A lot has changed with Hagerty so let us know if they say otherwise for you.
