My deuce (well not quite)

I finally got my first MV! Well almost. As near as I can tell this is an early duce M211(?) that was converted into a cable log skidder. I think the axles and Transfer case are from the original truck. I dont know about the winch, its a Tulsa (800?) Still looking for info on it. Just thought I would post up and share my new project!
