Just thought I'd post a few pics of my M1009.
This is my second one, and I hunted quite a while to find it. I won it on GL about 6 mos. ago and had to drive to Ft. Gordon in Ga. to pick it up.
Here are the particulars: 1985 M1009 CUCV- 5,397mi., 6.2L Diesel/TH400 Trans, M16 mounts, R/T-524 radio(working) w/ dual high survivability antennas/mounts/guards, gas can/mount, working "sneak" light and blackout lights, orig. Wrangler 31x10.50 15 tires. Solid body- rust free rockers/floors, and good paint.
I bought a gallon each of brown carc and black carc from a fellow SS member and will hopefully be repainting it before Aberdeen 2009.
