Nartron S3 Identification

Cant scratch the paint off easy enough to see the NSN. Anyone able to ID it by look or that serial#?.
The other piece does not have a visible nsn.

Just trying to see if this is one of later boxes or not.

Because it has three ports and not 2, it is an EESS, meaning it is "a later model". It also says "Smart Start System", which is EESS, IIRC.
