Need advice for M75 lubrication

What lubrication is used in the final drive's, road wheels and return rollers of the M75.

My operators manual lubrication page was marked as superseded back in the 60's and there is no LO updates included.

Should I stay with engine oil or continue to use gear oil that was put in some time ago?

It's all 90 weight gear oil.

A 90 W gear oil is fin, however, confirm, it is a GL 3 oil for vehicles of that time. GL4 or GL6 contain to much cleaning acid for your brass parts.
