Need help ID seat frame

Picked up this seat frame at a recent auction where most of the vehicles were large trucks or M37's. Don't think this is M37. Hinge on forward support seems like it would be a front seat to swivel forward and allow acces to rear. Adjustable slide, so not early military. There were also a few M725 ambulances that had the batterys moved to allow access to the rear body, so maybe?
Just don't know where to start. And, I obviousely don't need it, so ...?
Any direction appreciatted. Has tags for canvas from WeBe Webbing, but request to them has resulted in crickets chirping.
