Need help to setup new event for veterans and community.

Hello everyone, I'm trying to get as much help and assistance from everyone that I can for this event. What I am trying to do is setup an event somewhere in the month of June for veterans and for people in my community. Gonna try to have food, games, and for as many people to bring as many military trucks as we can fit. The park that I wanna try to hold the event is in Forward twp. PA.
