Need Help w/ Air Brake System

Hello,
LMTV M1078: When I apply the brakes, I have air releasing through this bleed? valve cap. Hoping not to re-invent the wheel, does this mean this entire valve is failing? or ????? what would be the recommended fix? TIA,

Just replace the valve. If its venting its bypassing or a bad o ring

Oh, BTW, before I pull the valve, where do I get a replacement? is that something that I can order at NAPA?

Little diaphrams inside have cracks. There is a rebuild kit available.
