Need pannel

The duce I bought is a good runner but has some rust issues. Nothing for the most part that is not R&R. But the pannel where the hood is attachedup next to the cab is pretty bad and may need replacing. Is this part of the cab or can one be cut out and replaced with a good one?

Well, most anything can be cut and replaced, it will depend on how good you are doing that kind of work or how big is your pocketbook is.
If you find a good cab I'm told they are fairly easy to change out. Wayne
