Hello,
So I literally just got my CUCV from California, and I have a problem already. This M1009 has a lot done to it, including a Banks Turbo set-up with exhaust. On my first ride, I noticed a LOT of turbo lag and could smell exhaust in the cab. When I popped the hood, I saw that there is exhaust pouring out of the turbo between the turbo and where it bolts to the exhaust pipe. Five of the six bolts are missing and the gasket is just hanging there. The on remaining bolt is tight, but isn't screwed in completely, which makes me think it might not even be the right bolt.
I guess my question is where can I get the bolts and gasket? Is it ok to drive around like this until I can get it? I am sure it has already been driven around like this for a while. Could this cause any damage to the engine or turbo?
