Hello to all in Steel Soldiers land. My name's Ryan and I've been lurking around doing searches and familiarizing myself with the site for some time now. So I thought I might as well introduce myself. I was introduced to this site from one of my best friends who has a m715 project he's been working on for the past few months. I've always been into cars and trucks but its weird, I had never considered a military vehicle until my friend bought one. Ever since he has gotten me hooked and I've decided to get a m35a2.

Would love to get out to a couple MV meets, if there are any going on in this area of Virginia. Meet you guys and check out your vehicles. Oh, and if anyone near me has a deuce for sale, I should have some decent cash come January, so shoot me a line!

Hi Ryan, glad to see another person in Hampton Roads joining up. I'm waiting on my paperwork to get my plates for my deuce. If you have any questions, this is the place to get them answered. Hope to see you at some local events (when they occur). Keep looking, there are quite a few MV'ers on here in Tidewater.

Welcome Rabrownmk to the addiction. Glad to see another Hampton Roads MV junkie. If you're looking for a Deuce, mine is for sale. See the attached pictures. If she sells, great. If not, well, it won't break my heart either. She was my first MV, but 1 Deuce, 2 5 tons, and a trailer cost a lot to feed. I'm in Poquoson, just across the James River from you. Hardtop, winch, runs great, cargo bows and tarp, etc.

ODI, any idea how much longer your plate paperwork will take? I guess waiting on the paperwork gives you time to work on the suspension tho.

Welcome to the site rabro! Before you know it, you will be the proud owner of a motorpool.

Lorax- Had my first out loud laugh of the day when I saw your "little tree" hangiing there so helpless. Super nice looking truck BTW.

The tree is suppose to be "New car scent". The store didn't have one called "New deuce scent"... If there was one called "Fresh gear oil stench" that would work too.
