Yeah, forgot to mention that...didn't want to get to wordyCA has a very funny law that states with a class c license you can only drive a three axle vehicle if the GVW is under 6,000 lbs, yes 6,000 lbs.
The other issue is an A2 is not old enough to be historic if the paperwork is correct.
My apologies. No offense meant. I haven't seen numbers that low before for CA. Most of the post I've seen talked about how expensive it was.I pay $72 a year to register my deuce and $260 to insure it in CA. That seems reasonable. Far from being one of the worst.

Yes. For about one year, I drove an M925 or M926 (can't remember if it had drop sides) for our Ammo section.So were you using the 939 series when you were in, or were you using the earlier 809/39 series 5 tons?
