Nice meat Mike! :) You will love those tires! They were made with the 715 (or 725) in mind.
What mileage are these tires rated to? 20K miles? 25K miles? I'm not too worried about how far I will go on them, my truck only has 16,000 miles on the clock, but I'm just curious what to expect from them...

I can already hear the tires on the asphalt going down the road. WAA WAA WAA WAA WAA.... :)

I dunno, but they will probably weather check and dry rot before you wear them out. :)

Mike if you have no need for the old 900 16's our pioneer trailer runs them and could use a spare or two. Looks very nice and having been on board cant wait to go for a ride even if you have to EVAC me. See you at Aberdeen

No dice on the 9.00x16s, David. I had them scrapped at the tire shop. Don't fret, they were dry-rotted really bad and the two that held air at all had no tread to speak of. They were 1966 and 1967 dated tires all around, original to the truck.

Look forward to seeing you at Aberdeen!

Coming along nicely 'dog! Wish I could make it to Aberdeen for the fun, but I'm LOD till after Memorial Day. Best I'll be able to do is a couple of local parades in the CUCV. I came " " this close to adding an M715 to the stable (and adding a commo shelter with HF radios to it on top of that). But the stars didn't line up for me this time. So I bought a HF radio to put in the CUCV!

I don't know what milage the tires are rated for. But, I have about 5K on my already USMC used XZL tires and I can't tell any wear yet. Except for where I tried climbing a cliff at the FE last June. Sitting in the tailgate and spinning the tires against sharp rock will cause wear in a hurry.

Looking good.
