Hello everyone! I’m a new member from the DFW, Texas area.

I picked up a 1997 Raytheon M1102 last weekend.

It has the 3 MWO tags, 24v to 12v conversion, and LED tail lights. It still has surge brakes which I will keep.

The tires are from 1997 I believe given the DOT 147 date code on the tires.
I swapped those out + a spare with the following:

New wheels:
US Wheel 659 Series 659-7880
16”x8”
8x6.5” Bolt Pattern
5.25” Backspacing
+19mm Offset
3,000 Load Rating
Conical lug nut seat

New Tires:
Toyo Open Country A/T III
295/75/16

My next plan is to replace wheel studs as they are a little chewed up, new 9/16-18 open conical lug nuts with 7/8 hex head, and Timken wheel bearings.

I’m hauling camping gear in the M1102 behind a 1999 Lexus LX470 aka Toyota Land Cruiser.
