New member troubles

Hey My dad is trying to join this website and it won't let him do anything, it won't let him look at pictures or anything. He has tried support three times with no help. It seems he is some kind of "moderation que" or something like that. We have waited since January 31st thinking since it is a que it may take a day or two but its february 11th now and we have run out of ideas any help would be greatly appretiated!! thanks
