I finally got around to installing a new Western Pro 7.5 Ultra mount on the old girl. I was even able to keep the brush guard on . 3-400 lbs of ballast in the back seems to be about right for traction. It will be nice to plow a few of the smaller lots with the CUCV instead of the crew cab F-250 with the 8 FT.
Looks like some PowerSlot rotors and Hawk pads will be in the near future, the stock brakes are marginal with the extra weight.
