Newbie from Hickory NC

I aquired my 1987 M1028 about 7 months ago and loving every minute of drive time that I get. The build date on the truck is 09/86. It currently has 61k on it and goes up daily. I'm going to try and restore or attempt to restore it to its former glory. Can anyone help decipher the designations on the front bumper?

The truck is a little rough but considering I traded a 17 yr old kid a lifted suburban that was rough its all good. He used it for a woods/mud toy.
