If I tow an m35a2 with a wheel lift tow truck(front wheels off the ground) 120 miles should I disconnect the drive shaft?

WELCOME.....
No....Just pull the axle and cover it with a 6" Fernco cap.
Will take you about 5 min to do.
If it is in Richmond...which it prob is. I will be there on Tuesday for a pickup and can check it out for you.
