Noobe question any help appreciated

Noobe question. I am seriously looking in to buying a M35A2 have money in hand but would like to get my ducks in a row before I bid, any help you guys and girls could give me would be greatly appreciated.
First question: I don’t have a home phone (land line) all I have is a cell phone; in the things I have read that is one strike against me.
But I do have an actual mailing address (the mailbox is at the end of my drive) that matches my driver’s license, my mortgage statement, the gas bill, electricity bill, registration for many vehicles and every thing else I have in the world.
So far from what I have read I only have the phone issue is this enough for them to deny me.

I wish I could provide a yes or no answer, supposedly no, but who knows. Perhaps Robyn will chime in. So many people these days have only a cell phone.

I have a VOIP phone line that comes back as a cell phone,( I did my own reverse look up) And had no problem with my EUC

Our EUC people told me that if you only have a cell phone and no land line, it will not affect your EUC clearance.

I can confirm this! as I havent had a land line in 7 years....
