NSNs are backwards for door latches?

I've been seeing this all over ebay, google, eastern surplus... right hand door latches labeled as left side.

Anyone else notice this? Just search around and you'll see almost all of them are labeled incorrectly...

Part numbers on bag are correct per the latest TM9-2320-387-24p fig 166A, # 22
RH: 2540-01-119-4900, pn 29-300-U-L
LH: 2540-01-119-5317, pn 9-300-U-R
They are backwards in TM9-2320-280-24p
