To Government Liquidation:
I would like to share a small observation/suggestion about GL Staff at Columbus. I am not a regular customer at this location so take that into account....
After going over the paperwork and loading the item purchased, I had asked the sales guy if we may preview some trucks that are coming up. His response could not have been more
unenthusiastic He made it sound as if we were going on a space mission to Mars. "Ya know this an Army base ya know. I can't just have ya roaming around. Ya will need to be escorted.....blah blah blah" After hearing the tone of his voice I could tell he did not want to show us trucks and even if I persisted, the previewing would be rushed anyway (and we had a long ride home ahead) so I declined and we departed...
Isn't someone in the position of "sales" supposed to sell stuff?
If I just bought something doesn't it stand to reason that there is a good chance I may buy something else? Especially after showing interest in other items. It appears to me that there is very little incentive to sell stuff for GovLiquidation. Don't shoo away potential customers.
