oil line question

m1008 oil line question

This was stupid on my part I changed my oil lines on my 1986 m1008 and I am asking the hose from the oil filter goes to the top or bottom of the front radiator.The other hose comes off the engine. I think I got it right but I'm one of those people that wonder if its right I should of marked it but I didn't .
=========Or doesn't it matter which hoses goes where on the frt cooler ==================

Ok then answer this what is the purpose of the 2 connections on the oil cooler line
Is one feed and other return
Lets help a brother out

The flow direction makes no difference as long as the lines routing does not cause a problem.

In the oil line diagram what is the function of #13 in the right bottom corner?

Engine oil sampling valve. I'm guessing most trucks don't have one, mine does not.
