Oil Pan Drain Plugs' Torque Spec???

Anybody know the torque specs for the drain plugs? I am a firm believer in the torque wrench but I could not find a TM with torque specs in it............Any help will be much appreciated.

Try hand tight plus 1/8 turn. Probably something in the PS Magazine pages.
