Thanks very much for all this information. I will make certain it is not seized, then offer it for free to whomever wants to pay for the shipping. I have no use for it, and there isn't much money involved.

In ref. to my thread "Engine Identification" : I have determined that the engine is not seized. However, I was unable to post a classified ad offering the engine for free, so this will have to do. Contact me if you would like the engine and are prepared to arrange shipping. I can load it on to a truck. Otherwise it goes to the landfill.

I'd hate to think of this going to the landfill, so let me look up some specs and look into some shipping options. Probably not a bad idea to have spare parts for the M36 I'm picking up from @rflegal. Pm inbound

Dose it have the valve cover breather still attached? I'd be interested in that if you would being willing to separate. I'd get the complete engine but I don't have room for a spare.

I'm in no hurry, so that may well be the easiest option if you don't mind storing it under a tarp in the meantime. Will gladly compensate for picking it up and bringing it to ABQ.
