GP used to have many MTVRs for sale but now there is just one. I wonder if they stopping selling them until the government gets caught up with EUCs and SF-97s.

Nah. GP/IP procures USMC stuff on a contractual basis. It will say "X number of itemized lots" and they sign for it. It could be pallets of boots to new Cat Dozers that need Demil. Stuff changes and they have only so long to get stuff sold or off the property. Ride the wave that is surplus MVs.
