Did you just call me a fat ass?I'm 150 lbs and I grab the handle and put a foot (or two) on the bumper and pull.
Did you just call me a fat ass too?Sometimes I push up on the wheel well just a foot or so and hold it there with a stick. This makes pulling the hood open from the front a lot easier. Most of the time I just grab the handle, put my knees against the bumper and use all my 160 pounds to pull it open. once it starts to move, it opens pretty easy. The first few inches are the hardest.
Ok ok, start with the smart comments below.
No, I would never do that…Did you just call me a fat ass too?
Well I am 6.0' and way 215 pounds and just manhandle the dam thing. I really don't have much of a problem opening it. Just looking for a solution to a poorly engineered design.Did you just call me a fat ass too?
