Outside storage cover

I'm going to have to store my m923a2 outside this winter and I'm trying to figure out the best way to get it covered. I was considering some kind of rv cover, but they're all sized for specific models. Next choose would be 1 or 2 heavy duty (10+ mil) tarps. I don't have bows or cargo seats. I was thinking 1 tarp to cover the bed, going down to the ground on the sides and back, and a second tarp covering the cab and hood, going down to the ground on the sides and back. Hopefully the tarp for the front would overlap enough. I'm guessing a 25'x25' for the back and a 20'x30' or 25'x30' for the front.

I'm hoping others can chime in with how they store their trucks so I can get more ideas.

I work for a guy that has been selling parachutes as tarps. I will ask how much he is selling them for and let you know.

Parachutes are not waterproof but they are tear resistant. I used a chute to cover my truck in Alaska to make snow removal faster. I could just pull the chute off in the morning and all the snow came with it. That was dry snow that wouldn't freeze to vehicles. When it got warmer and the snow was wet it would make the material stick to the vehicle. I wouldn't recommend a chute as an all weather tarp.

i cover the cab of my deuce with a commercial OD canvas tarp and it works great. It keeps water out, sun off, leaves and sap off. Plus it's very tear resistant and it breathes unlike a plastic tarp. So far it has lasted longer than any plastic tarp I've ever owned.
