At the risk of being yelled at, I need some help identifying this fuel system part, which is leaking20201113_163134.jpgI am trying to find it in the TMs, if someone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. The leak is coming from the cylinder on the left, behind the hex nut on the forward side.

Congratulations, you found the pump for the flame heater. Unless you regularly start the truck well below freezing temperatures, you do not need it.

Search for flame heater removal. Basically, plug its fuel lines at the injection pump and remove the whole kit.

It is a good system when it works properly. When it doesn't, it leaks and can also dilute your engine oil ( search Deuce making oil).

Thank you all! I am still new to this truck, I have a lot to learn. I've read about the flame heater being prone to leaks. Here in north Alabama it rarely gets below freezing so I'll be removing that joker tomorrow.

I've removed this leaky lablash from the top of my engine. I modified a cheap-o wrench which made it much easier to disconnect the supply line from under the injector pump. Also to install a plug. Not much room under there, as I'm sure you all know. I replaced the injector supply line (with a T in it) with a new straight line. For now I'm leaving the parts in my intake elbow, just capping off the 2 fuel ports on the nozzle. Problem solved. Thanks again for the replies, especially @20201114_123653.jpg20201114_123940.jpg20201114_123639.jpg@cattlerepairman.
