Portal Axle Seal Help (in driveway now)

Trying to stop passenger front portal axle input leak. Ordered seal from EasternSupply (shown as two part seal) vs. what was installed (just removed). This can’t be the correct seal (although diameter fits axle and portal). Is this a two piece seal? In driveway right now and could use help. Thanks in advance.

The old seal is an aftermarket seal, the new seal is the POS 2 piece seal, the rubber is a dust boot that goes on the halfshaft itself after the seal is installed. That new seal does not look correct, the seal should be thinner IIRC...but I won’t and don’t use the 2 piece. I only use the OEM seal that is all black, unfortunately you won’t find them at the local auto store. Get the numbers off the old seal and go down and buy the replacement locally.

Thanks for the explanation. I was just planning on doing this project myself after I get my starter issues worked out as I have one leaking as well. I appreciate the part numbers and explanation.
