Posting pictures

I have pictures posted on photo site, when I tried to post the pictures down on my profile it says " code turned off" I tried to enter it manually and all it did was just leave the link. Is there a way to turn the img on? or do you have to have a certain amount of posts to beable to post pictures.

The img function is turned OFF. It will not be turned on as the site owners want all pictures to be downl;oaded to the server.

When posting a thread, click on "Manage Attachments" at the lower portion of the screen.
