Power Steering Unit Rebuild ? Who done it ??

Doing the PS add on a Deuce. PS unit seemed to start off OK, but the pump has exhibited very low pressure now.


Anyone with some helpful hints ? How to rebuild or ???

Posted over in the 5 ton section also because it's a 5 ton MF pump.

the 5 ton pump has 3 lines. the smallest one is a 'vent' line but it must be well below the top of the fluid or it will get air and cause several problems. i reccomend just plugging it at the pump as it is redundant. it is tied internaly to the suction line.
