primary feul filter ?

do all the m35a2's have a primary feul filter ? i cant seem to find mine were i was told to look..........

Check on the passenger side bottom of the frame. It should be there. It may have been and I say "May" have been relocated closer to teh fuel tank.

roklogan Don't do dual post............ go back and delete one of them. It clutters up the board.

Under the alternator or generator. Do yourself a favor and unhook the batteries, it is an awkward place to visit and easy to drop a wrench or move a wrench into the wrong spot. You can follow the flex line in front of your IP down and across the lower engine saddle up to the primary filter.

thanks for all the info .... its there , i was searching for a smaller housing considering the size of the filter.

Just changed mine a week ago ,That filter housing is very decieving considering the the size of the filter.

The reason you can't find the original filter may be that the previous owner converted the truck to use spin-on filters. The new one's are much smaller than the old canister-type filters.
